Do you want to work up a sweat before Christmas? Then we have just the thing for you: Get Fit For Santa” – 12 workouts for the Christmas season (and beyond).


Whether it's EMOM, AMRAP, Tabata or For Time workouts in partner style: with these workouts, you'll show Santa what you're made of. And get fit at the same time.


We'll show you all 12 workouts so you know what to do in your next training session.

First things first: our SmartWOD athletes have tested all the workouts for you and had (more or less) fun doing them.


There's no need to panic if you don't recognize any of the exercises – there is a short video or reel for each of the 12 workouts.
